To access the Ground Lease page, start at the Property Detail page then click the Ground Lease link in the Go To line.
The Ground Lease page stores ground lease information for each property.
The user may enter critical ground lease information including Lessor/Lessee, start and end dates, extension information, base rent, percentage rent and more.
