To access the Occupancy History page, start at the Property Detail page then click the Occ History link in the Go To line.
The Occupancy History page tracks the occupancy rate and average rent of the subject property.
Rent Roll information will be automatically displayed on the Occupancy History page.
Unlimited records may be added to this page. When you add a record and click Update, an additional line is displayed automatically.
