Within a Rent Roll, you can add an unlimited number of tenants.
To add a tenant, press the “Add New” button (1) at the bottom of the Rent Roll page under the tenant list.
To save a new tenant, you must enter a unique Tenant Name (2), Unit Status (3) and a Contract Rent amount (4) if the Unit Status is not Vacant.
On this page you can also enter detailed tenant information including lease information, percentage rents and reimbursements, tenant ratings, estoppel, SNDA and more.
