1. To reach the Financial Analysis page for each equity entity, click the Entity Financial Analysis link.
1. The Financial Analysis page for each entity allows you to store credit ratings, balance sheets, debt maturity schedules, income statements/summaries, top tenants, statements of cash flow, real estate schedules and more.
2. You can store multiple financial analysis records for each entity. To add a new financial analysis, enter a unique End Date and press Add New. If you want to start with a copy of an existing record, choose one from the From Existing menu.
